A web-based, growing, multinational e-procurement platform

Negometrix is a multinational software development and service company with principal offices in the Netherlands (Utrecht – de Meern) and Bulgaria (Sofia).
Every day, 40 employees contribute with enthusiasm to Negometrix in the design and development of our web-based e-procurement solution and passionately support our users. Negometrix has experienced a strong growth, especially during the last 5 years. Given the fact that business relationships will keep moving from paper and email to specialized web platforms, we anticipate our growth to continue over the years to come.

Negometrix offers a complete toolbox for tender projects fitting both the public and private procurement market needs. Our software features and functionalities have been carefully developed with the professional buyer in mind and are based on 16 years of experience in this field of expertise. We support users in connecting with each other in a unique way to share experiences, information or tender specifications in order to enhance efficient collaborative procurement.

Result oriented support & training

We believe that the impact of the Negometrix platform can be increased through hands-on support by a result oriented support team. Although our user friendly software is designed for easy adaptation, we have found out that in many cases users can work even more effectively when the software is supported by a professional and motivated support team. We offer a professionally educated Servicedesk for 10 hours a day (from 08:00 am to 18:00pm), quickly responding to messages and (telephonic) questions; straightforward and technical questions by the helpdesk, more complex and/or content related questions by our consultants. In addition we offer a range of "walk-in" training, webinars, topic based knowledge meetings and full service implementation support.


Great expertise based on experience since the year 2000

The root of our existence was a spectacular and unanticipated saving of 16% in the first ever internet tender based on the Negometrix methodology for the Leyenburg Hospital in The Hague, concluded on June 13 in the year 2000. Today, hundreds of users carry out hundreds of tenders on any giving day, viewing ten thousands of pages to guide and support their decisions. More than € 20 billion worth of spend/contract value has been tendered on the Negometrix platform so far.  Among references you will find a large number of hospitals, universities, cities, and provinces but also large to medium sized private companies.
